ELASTIC & CORD OPTIONS
Choose between cord or elastic for your item. I have a selection of clear, thin elastic and thicker (8mm) coloured elastic in a variety of colours which can only be used with beads with large holes. If you choose a coloured elastic and the bead holes are too small to fit it, I will have to use thinner, clear elastic instead – sorry!
If you would like your elastic jewellery to be transferred onto cord so you can have a lobster clasp, decorative toggle or magnetic clasp instead, order the relevant option.

Please securely package the item when posting it so no damage occurs during its journey to me. Bubble wrap is perfect for delicate items. I advise that you send the item to us via recorded delivery so that you can obtain proof when we receive it, although this isn’t essential. When I receive the item, I will contact you to confirm this and to also confirm that I can repair it for the quoted price. If I cannot and you do not agree to the quote, I will return your payment and item to you.
I cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages in the post so please understand that sending items for repair is undertaken at your own risk.
Please note that after receiving an item it may turn out that I cannot actually fix it. In this instance, I will contact you immediately via your preferred contact method to suggest modifications that could be made to improve the look of your item. If the provided options aren’t ideal for you, your payment will be refunded and your item will be returned to you.
I cannnot guarantee postage times but will complete all orders within 24 hours of arrival and post your item back to you within a maximum of 72 hours. Please click here for expected delivery times and costs.
