• If an item goes out of stock, will it be available again in the future?
Her Next Smile stocks many one-off items, meaning we cannot guarantee that items stored in your cart won't be bought by someone else! Her Next Smile works on a 'first come, first serve' basis, so once you have purchased your favourite item, it will be removed from the shop. Until this time, the item will be available for other people to add to their cart too. Once an item is out of stock, a note will appear by the item in your cart to let you know.
Items will stay in your shopping cart until you have removed them or make your purchase! Items will stay in your cart after you have logged out, however don’t forget that another customer may beat you to the purchase.
Creating an Account
• Do I have to create an account?
No. To purchase something from Her Next Smile, you do not need an account, although you will have to pay for shipping per item. Just choose the 'Buy Now' option. You will however need an account to leave feedback on our 'Feedback Page'. If you want to buy more than one item or save something until later, it is worth creating an account. It will take approximately two minutes to create this, giving you access to a basket that will save your favourite items, plus you will receive access to our our Competition Page. We will not sell your details or use them for any other reason than posting your order.
• Are care instructions provided for jewellery items?
Yes, each separate jewellery item page contains care instructions for the product to keep it in a high quality condition for as long as possible.
